UK Customers — In keeping with current UK VAT laws, this shop can only fulfill orders of $200 or more. Orders with a total amount below this minimum will be canceled. If you’d like to make a purchase for a lower amount, please visit our Etsy storefront.
EU Customers — Due to newly implemented EU GPSR laws, as a micro business I do not have the resources to comply with these regulations and therefore am unable to ship to the EU at this time.

All orders ship from Colorado, US
US customers: art prints are shipped and tracked USPS first-class mail with a 1-5 day estimated transit after shipment. Delays and lost parcels are out of our control once shipped, however if you encounter an issue during the shipping process please email connect@sagapetkus.com .
International customers: Art prints are shipped and tracked USPS First Class International. Please be aware that international transit times can vary greatly and may take more than 30 days and this is unfortunately out of our control once a parcel is handed to the postal carrier service. However, if you have not received your order within 50 days of shipment please email us at connect@sagapetkus.com .
Collectors of original artwork: Please email us at connect@sagapetkus.com PRIOR to purchase to discuss shipping options.
Once a parcel is within the postal service system, the information provided to you with the tracking number is the same information we are able to see and unfortunately we cannot provide further details about the shipment process. -
Art prints in the sizes 8x10” and 11x14” will ship in a padded paper mailer between sturdy foam to prevent damage during shipping. Your prints will arrive in a sleeve with a mat board backing.
Art prints sized 13”x19” and 16”x20” will ship gently rolled in a sturdy mailing tube. If your print has remained rolled for an extended time please read my blog post on how to flatten an art print here.
Please note that if you purchase an 8x10” and/or 11x14” print along with a larger print, your order will arrive in two packages.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us at connect@sagapetkus.com for a replacement.
Please provide pictures of any damage incurred during shipping so an insurance claim may be filed with the postal service.
We cannot provide cancellations after an order has shipped. -
